    Warrior Challenge – The Miraval Warrior Challenge is a chance for you to experience both the Red Tail Hawk course and the Falcon course in one climbing session. Comprised of 15 unique elements at heights of 35 -50 feet into the canopy of the trees, this challenge lets you pick your own course as we explore the idea of agency and how our choices influence our experiences.

    Vibrational Sound Chamber – This unique room was designed to help you unplug from the demands of the outside world. A rare collection of antique singing bowls from Nepal are played to ease you into a relaxed state of mind and body. The Meditation Chamber is an opportunity to become acquainted with the source of your own calm through harmonic sounds, offering rest and quiet self-reflection.

    Miraval Berkshires’ Honey Tasting Experience – Immerse yourself in the complex world of honey. Explore assorted flavors and aromas through interactive self-tasting exercises. You will be guided through the methods of sensory analysis through taste as you evaluate honey from around the world.

    The Beauty of Imperfection – Put the pieces of your Miraval journey together with this unique workshop inspired by the traditional Japanese art of Kintsugi. Join artist and specialist Cassandra Kennedy in reassembling the shards of a handmade piece of pottery and highlighting the places of repair with gold. The process of repairing this vessel examines our relationship with vulnerability and imperfections through compassionate reflection, and offers a renewed perspective on what it means to be whole. Instead of disguising, discarding, or replacing the cracks in art or life, we can render the traces of imperfection with beauty and strength.

    Cacao & Sound Ceremony – Cacao is an ancient medicinal plant from South America used in traditional ceremonies to open hearts and bring communities together for thousands of years. Sip ceremonial grade cacao and immerse yourself in an extraordinary sound journey guided by Dayla Robinson, including voice, movement, and singing bowls. This uplifting ceremony lets you observe and participate in a timeless ritual of bliss. *Do not consume any food or caffeine at least one hour before the ceremony. Come hydrated and bring a water bottle, journal, and pen.

    Steeped In Culture: Afternoon Tea at Wyndhurst Mansion – Stroll over to our historic Gilded-Age mansion and lift your spirits with a ritual that redefines conventional afternoon tea. Nick Grimaldi guides you to slow down, use your senses, and be fully present while making and drinking a cup of soothing tea and nibbling on small bites. See how this traditional snack time can become an exercise in mindfulness, appreciation, and nourishment.

    Pottery: The Way of the Wheel – Learn to center yourself in this journey from clay to vessel by connecting to your body and breath. Controlling the spinning of the clay, like the spinning of our minds, can seem like a daunting task.  We can feel helpless, or we can choose to learn how to take the first step and become centered. Explore this process through seated yogic movement and breath, as you discover the joy of connecting with clay to shape, spin, and restore it on and off the wheel.

    Evening Meditation – Access inner tranquility by finding or creating sensations of rest in the body. This meditation helps to minimize suffering and maximize fulfillment by finding peace through states of physical and emotional repose.

    Steven’s Glen Hike – This 1.2-mile round trip hike guides you to one of Berkshire County’s most dramatic sights. Lenox Mountain Brook cascades down a steep, rocky ravine through a carefully laid out trail system on 129 acres of protected forest.

    Forge a Fire – Learn how to light a fire without matches as we reach back to our roots and honor the role that fire has played in sustaining life and sparking joy. This centuries-old skill reconnects us to nature and the land around us. Work together to prepare and ignite a fire using traditional methods. From the flicker of kindling to a crackling fire, you can enjoy the results of your collective effort with a fireside beverage from The Roost. Create a circle of camaraderie and cooperation as we practice this ancient act of creation.

    Mindful Kayaking – Come and enjoy a mindful paddle around beautiful Laurel Lake. In this class we learn to utilize our boat as a tool for nature immersion, reconnecting to the natural world while gently gliding across the placid waters of the Berkshires.

    Just Cook for Me – Take a seat at our connoisseur’s table and let us enchant you with our chef’s choice of fresh, seasonal, and innovative culinary delights. This four-course menu features one sweet and three savory dishes paired with red, rose, or white wines. This experience is designed for the adventurous foodie and may not be adjusted for food allergies.

    Working Out with Compassion – Join fitness specialist Tariq Pinkston as he walks you through an alternative approach to working out. Discover how thoughts, emotions, and self-talk can have a major impact on how you perform both inside and outside of the gym.

    Raptors & Resilience: Life Re-Envisioned – In this program, guests will be personally introduced to a bird of prey while learning about their life and ways. Guests will have the opportunity to connect with these special beings and explore for themselves the power of life re-envisioned. Themes emphasize the natural history, science, and symbolism of these animals as well as a service component of direct interaction and caretaking.

    Common Ground – Move a horse around the pen without touching or speaking to identify your communication challenges and strengths. Horses can help us see more clearly, live more mindfully, identify personal blocks to communication, and develop new paths to self-awareness and healthy relationships. Be guided by the wisdom of our four-hooved friends.
