    Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. 45 MIN

    SLOW FLOW
    Flow from one posture to the next while moving slowly and intentionally. By slowing down, we can focus on detailed alignment and fluid breath movement. 45 MIN

    NIA
    A sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance, and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. 45 MIN

     

    POWER FLOW YOGA
    This type of yoga creates fiery energy within the body and provides a challenge that you can overcome. Advanced practitioners have an opportunity to workshop certain postures or practice with the comfort of knowing the instructor can assist with any pose. 45 MIN

    RESTORATIVE YOGA
    Learn to rest deep in your yoga postures in this practice known as “active relaxation”. 45 MIN

    STAND UP PADDLEBOARD YOGA
    Practice yoga on stand-up paddleboards. This class challenges you to embrace all the elements of nature with a total-body workout. Reflect on the rewards of stretching into savasana on your floating sanctuary. 105 MIN | $100

    BALANCE BOARD YOGA
    Strengthen your core and increase your ability to balance as you play on the IndoBoard. No previous experience required. 45 MIN | $45
